Okay, so now I'm going to run a dainty row of tiny red cross stitches across the bottom edge of the bodice.
Honestly, I'd like to enter this little dress in the county fair, but hand sewn and machine sewn baby clothes are judged together. Even the cross stitched edging can't compete with all a fancy sewing machine can do.
That's unfortunate as a lot more time and work is put into the handmade items.
