Slowly Baking Chicken

  Isn't there something special about cooking a meal slowly overnight? Filling a baking pan with meat, seasoning and veggies? That deep sleep that only comes from the aroma of slow cooked tenderness . .
Ahhhh .   . . 
And so it is here. I just woke suddenly from such a deep sleep (haven't slept like that in ages!). The aroma of chicken lightly seasoned and smothered with a can of cranberry sauce then baked with garlic drawing me awake.
