Hey! Well, 2 1/4 hours into my workout and still going strong. . . ! I am noticing I'm toning up a bit from all of this and that's super!! Having been so sick I could easily have gained weight, but the horrendous stomach ache kept me from eating much . . . Now that I'm almost 100% me again (although a stomach ache from stress persists) I need to get on yard work and hiking with Matt to keep this trend going!!!
