| Well, my Boy Scout and I are finally home! While he cleans out the back of the Jeep I've started dinner. In a baking pan I placed meat (not sure what the cut is) and topped it with sliced garlic, potato wedges, a can of green beans and a few spoonfuls of spicy salsa! Into the oven for a bit while Matt grabs a hot shower and lays out school clothes for tomorrow... |
