My Paid Workout Program!!
I walked 450 steps so far today . . I'm cleaning apartments again so may get a decent amount of exercise . . . Hope your day is Cool . . . Safe . . . Blessed!!!
I must say, the thermometer was in a sunny window all morning with windows closed, so I am waiting to see if the temperature goes down. I have opened windows, tilted blinds to block the sun and turned on a fan.
