Tonight I made pizza as part of our 'Pantry Surprise' menu options.
The crust is 'rosemary & sea salt focacia' I had in the deep freezer.
I placed the crust on a foil-lined pizza pan (for ease of clean-up even though I do realize the dangers of cooking with aluminum).
Then I generously poured cheddar cheese sauce over the crust and topped with feta cheese crumbles and thick slices of summer sausage.
I baked at 350F until golden and gooey! |
