This is what's left of last year's compost pile. From December 1, 2007 until January 2009 we filled this compost pile. It is so nice to know all our kitchen waste and cat manure will provide healthier, more fertile soil for our vegetables.

Cat manure?? Have you checked this out forsafety? I know cats can pass on toxoplasmosis. Just concerned for your safety :/
ReplyDeleteYes... we are safe... cats were checked (tested) when purchased and are clear... indoors only and fully vaccinated...
ReplyDeleteBut... on a side note... food for thought... farmers keep how many barn cats and don't get 'em tested or vaccinated... they poop all over the fields of crops...
