Good morning, all!!
I wanted to share my pineapple sage experience with you. Believe it or not, all that knee-high"mess" that looks like weeds is really pineapple sage!! It smells heavenly and is a nice herb to have in the pantry. Apparently it is also incredibly invasive.
Today I am hoping my son will pull a bunch, trim and rinse it then pop it in the excalibur dehydrator. Eventually I'd like to experiment with air-drying, but the spiders are rampant this year and it would be full of tiny spiders and webs by morning!!
What is your favorite invasive herb?
