Chicken and seasoned peas a la Matt~ this was last night's supper!! Yummy and healthy . . . And home-made!
Tonight I had bread, peanut butter and syrup while Matt took off on his bike . . it was also pantry surprise and an old family favorite. First you tear up a slice of bread in a bowl. Second, add a scoop of your favorite brand of peanut butter. Third, pour pancake syrup on top, stir and eat . . . . Addictive!!
When Matt returns from his adventures he may decide to cook dinner . . We shall see . . Sometimes I take over "his" kitchen and he praises my cooking and thanks me, but, generally speaking, the cooking is Matt's to do as learning to cook new dishes is critical to becoming a self-sufficient adult.
