Chocolate Mint and a Misplaced Pine Tree

This cute little pine tree hiding in my chocolate mint is just determined to live!
Growing on the edge of the curb facing salt trucks in the winter and Waste Management knocking trash toters onto it year-round, it's a wonder the poor thing is still alive.
Yet, somehow amongst all this it seems to be flourishing finally!!
Soon I'll be transplanting it to help create a nice privacy hedge around the back of my property.
Until then it regally guards my driveway entrance.
