What if They had Warm Heads?

Well, I'm re-evaluating my 'Hat-Lady Hats' campaign to cover the heads of the local homeless.
I gave 2 hats to a friend last weekend, so I now only have 9 finished hats. I have 3 more to add finishing touches to and 1 I just started.
With only 3 months until the snow starts here this year, I am running on borrowed time!
