| A wood stove and scavenged firewood, as well as a thermostat set at 55F, can keep your heating bill almost non-existant! Just make sure to keep a good fire going when you are home and your furnace will rarely turn on at all. On average, my winter heating bill (for actual, not estimated, usage) rarely is above $55.00!!! |
