Hi there! How are you doing on prepping? I have to admit we only have 3-7 days of food on hand. This is mostly because our kitchen is so incredibly tiny so there's no where to store preps. And rotating preps would be completely out of the question! I am starting to buy a few extras each week but that is making life more challenging. . .
