Dinner at Rose and Thistle

I am blessed in that someone sweet takes me to  Rose and Thistle  fairly regularly.
We normally start with a Cheese Plate. It features a variety of fresh cheeses as well as crackers, grapes and home baked bread .


Second course is a Ceasar Salad. I love blue cheese dressing on mine!


On my last visit I was extra blessed as I was privileged to try a new dish not yet on the menu (I had previously mentioned that I'd love to try Matt's, their chef's, new dishes).
This dish was Walleye breaded in potatoes and was incredible!!
