Believe it or not we have found that adding Kitchens of India White Pumpkin and Milk Pudding, petha halwa, to our meat dishes to seriously enhance our diet!! This has been a great way to sneak in vegetables and add protein and calcium while also creating a delicious sauce.
Honestly we have yet to try it the way the package suggests but as a pudding desert it would probably be wonderful.
I am thinking this may also be wonderful for making pumpkin pies.
