Tonight's dinner is omelettes! I thinly sliced summer squash and broco-flower into a frying pan with hot bacon grease and simmeres slowly. Then I added salsa, fine milled flax seed and a generous amount of instant mashed potatoes. I stirred in two (2) eggs and slices of swiss cheese. Yummy and healthy omelettes using only what we have in our pantry and fridge! |
