Work Below Standards

   Sometimes, as sweet as a student is, a poor grade is all you can give. This attempt at making pasties (an old-fashioned meat pie) was not done according to my directions. The meat was yummy, but there was only a trace of vegetables and the crust was incomprehensible. He received a "D".
   The pot pie he made, the next night and according to my directions this time, was beyond delicious and garnered him a well earned "A"!!
