Dellwood Park Dam ~ a Hydroelectric Possibility?!!

Hmmm . . .
If the dam were restored to working order. . .
Then this area could house the necessary mechanisms to generate hydroelectric!!
Imagine the possibility of Dellwood Park generating a portion of it's own power!!!
