| Day 9~ sometimes making your home a haven can be a true challenge. Still, we do have to try to make home a place of love and safety for our families. I know, for my family, this can be a challenge as I juggle 48 hr work weeks and being a single mom. Sometimes (more often than not) it just seems like I'll never get caught up on housework. Yet, in the midst of busy schedules and the chaos of raising an active 12-year-old boy, I must have down time for hiking, snuggling, camping and just long talks about the things he loves. A home that's a haven isn't just clean and organized, it's also God-centered and a place where we can just be ourselves without worry! |
