| Life on our humble homestead brings the promise of fresh peach preserves. There's just something about having our own produce to put up for the long, cold Chicagoland winter. Being able to reach into our pantry for homemade preserves instead of store bought (heavy in preservatives) jam makes summer seem to last all winter. |
