Day 73/ 365

Wow! It's going to be near 60F today!! I so want to get started on bits and pieces of yard work in preparation for my relandscaping projects. This warm-up will rejuvenate my energy/ interest. If nothing else, an opportunity to wander my property assessing winter damage and making plans to repair/ rebuild will be wonderful. I've noticed that my latticework fence is, once again, spontaneously falling down with the metal stakes broken off at the ground (not necessarily wind damage?). Although I find this continued problem rather peculiar, I'm not going to dwell on the cause, but rather go to an alternative plan. i have come to the conclusion that a living fence is the best option and that it absolutely must include a lot of thorns as well as flowering vines! Deliberately pretty and obviously a definite line not to be crossed. Attraversiamo~ let's cross over deliberately to beauty and security at home.
