| Good freezing morning to you! I'm sitting in my living room window watching for Matt's school bus (I don't have him wait outside in this cold) and listening to the weather on WBGL 104.7... 6-10" Of snow coming tomorrow! No mention of current windchill, but I'm guessing it's about -35F!!! As I gaze out my kitchen window I long for spring and planting season. I am considering moving the pockets of herbs you see poking out of the snow, but haven't quite decided where they belong yet. Come spring I intend to relandscape my entire lot. Now that my plants have matured, all need to be thinned. Also, I have quite a bit of hardscaping I'd like to add. The beauty of this project is that it will be 99% free as I'll be utilizing what I already have here. And the personal challenge to make our homestead as comfortable as possible while spending as little money as possible! Meanwhile... Be careful in the cold, folks! |
