Electromagnetic Fields by Schools

As I drove past Romeoville High School this morning I felt compelled to finally write about the multiple high voltage power lines surrounding that school. It just simply amazes me that, in this day and age, we still have schools this close to high voltage power lines! This simply can't be a situation of an entire town of parents not being educated on the dangers of electromagnetic fields and the link to health problems. What, exactly, causes a community to build a school this way?!
