Why Do That?

Sometimes it's just all about trusting Him. Regularly (more often than I'd like to admit) I put myself in a situation where I'm niether wanted nor welcomed. Where, the more accurately and detailed I do what I am there for, the worse the environment is for me. And yet, I voluntarily venture off to this event regardless, praying, "Lord, You are the one whom has sent me here, so I am trusting in You for my time here today. Protect me and guide me in Your perfect will for my life." Maybe it's not so much about it being comfortable as about it being His way?! There is a verse in Proverbs about the king knowing what is best and others not knowing all the details causing his decision. I apply this verse to this situation as only the Lord knows why I must do this. This valley is deep, long and full of lions so the reward must be great! Thank You, Lord, for this valley.
