Shopping for work is fun, but a challenge. Today I was able to stack coupons with an earned gift card and feel pretty good about the whole process. Glad I opted to camp-out at work last night and concentrate on coupons and sale fliers until midnight!!! |
Cool! You can become one of those extreme couponers. I am so fasinated by that. But I am just not that bright. Thet've got notebooks and paper cutters and computer programs. It's so cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd then what I am doing to show I care: I go to websites where people journal, usually 43 Things, and I go trolling for people who are mentally ill. Sometimes they know and they talk about it. Sometimes they don't know, but I can see it in their writing. Either way, the most important thing is to do is let them know they aren't alone. I've been there. I've called out into the dark. You don't expect an answer. Nobody's there. So, I go into the dark and answer calls.
IF YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP, CALL 1-800-273-8255 YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!
You my dear, are very bright~ don't sell yourself short! It's more a matter of finding your own personal system, then staying organized... I am currently about 3 weeks behind in clipping and sorting! But, I have noticed that coupons properly stack with flyers the week they expire!!! So, I am okay as long as I get them clippid and sorted in time!!!
DeleteThere are so many undiagnosed/ untreated mentally ill everywhere. Many are self-sustainable without meds, but so many go without help they deserve. It's sad to see someone walking down the middle of the street arguing loudly with himself or on a corner telling off a light pole! I see so much of this in Joliet. You are a god-send to those who suffer!!!
