| My Black Raspberry, Currant (both home grown) and Strawberry jam is finished and cooling on my kitchen window sill. Makes me feel like a farmer's wife. And these few jars of jam give me an unexplainable sense of security. I can sleep well knowing there is preservative-free jam for my family. And, except for the Strawberries, I am sure it is pesticide-free also. |
