This morning we went through the drive-thru at the McDonalds on Cass St in Joliet, IL and received wonderful service from Celina. Not only was she polite (unusual at most drive-thrus) she happily gave me my change in coins for the toll road! Honestly, when I asked for the change I really didn't expect cooperation. Wow! Was I surprised! Kudos Celina on attention to customer needs!!! |
