Pizza a la Pantry Surprise



Good evening! You're just in time to see what I'm cooking up for supper tonight. Of course I'm trying to do all my cooking from the contents of my pantry, fridge and freezer.
Tonight I am serving pizza. The crust is a 'loaf' of frozen Artisan Fresh rosemary & sea salt facaccia. On top of that I place four pineapple rings (from a can), then spooned a can of diced tomatoes over that.
Over the top I crumbled dehydrated Pub Cheese. Into the oven at 375F and wait for it to cook.
A yummy dinner without shopping!
