3 Steps to Paper Organization: What to Keep & What to Toss
39 minutes ago
|Well, as predicted, my 9:00pm Bible study energized me. I really wasn't sure it would this first time back as I spent a good deal of time sitting and contemplating the verse... |
So, anyways, I now have my head covering shelf super tidy and I am so happy. I mean, I feel So Much Better!!! I have begun watching youtube videos again about Christian head coverings; some I already watched and some new to me. Some are so absolutely cute (like the tichel!!)!
This, like anything else, is a process. It's easy enough to just throw anything on, but finding your own style and convictions is another thing. I have a lot more Bible study to do to find coverings that meet Biblical requirements and reflect my unique personality.
I will totally be posting pictures of my head covering experiments. Your input would be appreciated. Please, chime in and share your views!!!
Also I will try to post links to some of the better youtube videos. There are so many perspectives to Christian head coverings online!!!
|Tonight I am restarting (for the 4th run) my 'wife' Bible study. I look up each verse mentioning 'wife', read it in several translations, look it up in my 'Bible Readers Companion' and Bible dictionary and pray about it. I am back to dedicating 9:00- 10:00pm every night to Bible study with a good cup of coffee |
And No TV on!!!
The coffee and Bible study part was easy tonight, but the no TV thing was painful. Hmmm... speaks volumes on my life.
Okay, so I read this in NKJV and cross referenced in Old Scofield version then the reference books. I always get stuck at wondering how a couple separates themselves from close relatives? I am thinking actual physical distance is key, yet know many cultures keep generations of family under one roof.
As I see generations under my roof down the road, I must pray on this tonight.
It's so good to be back in dedicated Bible study! Thank God for our class, 'Girls with Swords' pushing me to rededicate my time!
A quiet time for a gentle talk with God . . Quilting time is a favorite time for sharing with God . . My thankfulness .. My joys . . My so...
